I am a nurse by profession and the Department of Health and its psychiatry suspended my nursing license indefinitelly without the right to appeal for another three years. The disability pension is intentionally underpayed in order not to afford to own a home and meet my monthly expenses. The Medicare from Washington state is a fraud forcing me to pay 20% of all outpatient care. From a an earning of $360,000.00 money earned over seven years of employment the Social Security only pays me $960.00 a month. I was and still am one of the best nurses in the USA, and still have the potential to work effectivelly and successfully. Finally I am asking for a detailed investigation of my file registered with the Department of Health from Washington state. Thank-you!
